Your club is hereby invited to send teams of three Club

CBSC Annual October Inter Club Tuna Tournament 2011, to be held from

Clubs are invited to enter one Club team consisting
of three anglers. Please indicate if
you wish to enter two teams and supply us with your team’s details. We will confirm acceptance of your second
team in good time |

Rules: |
Four days fishing to
commence on Monday 24th
October 2011 to the 29th October 2011 with Three weather days in hand. SADSAA /
IGFA rules shall apply. SADSAA
points scoring system shall apply. |

Briefing: |
Briefing
will take place in the clubhouse of Teams
wishing to bring any invited guests to this function are requested to
indicate this to the organising committee by the closing date of team
entries. A fee to cover the cost of
the guest’s dinner will be levied against the team in question. Dress code: Club
step-out dress. |

Prize Giving: |
Will take
place in the clubhouse of Cape Boat
and Ski-Boat Club on Dress
code: Club step-out dress. |

It is mandatory that all teams are
present at these two functions |

Daily weigh-in: |
All Teams must report at the
Scales each day for weigh-in by not later than 17h30 except for 29th
October 2010, which time shall not
be later than 16h30 unless
otherwise agreed and confirmed by the Adjudicating Committee. |

Entry
fees: |
R4 500-00 per Club Team which includes Boats, T-Shirt, Breakfasts, Lunch Packs, Evening Dinner over and above the Opening and Closing Ceremonies. R5 500-00 per Provincial Team which includes Boats, T-Shirt, Breakfasts, Lunch Packs, Evening Dinner over and above the Opening and Closing Ceremonies. Entry fee excludes Boat Fuel and
Accommodation. Boat fuel and oil are for the
Teams own account. Fuel deposit of
R9 000-00 payable on registration
with a top up due to fluctuating fuel prices. All fuel bills will be
pooled and divided equally between the teams |

carried out. |
